Booking us

We do play live gigs but if you’re considering booking us here’s a few things to bear in mind: 

1- We’re based in the UK. We’ll gladly consider playing abroad but it might get a tad expensive to cover our costs if you want us for a garden party in California for instance.

 2- We don't use any backline amps. Everything goes directly through the PA, including the drums. This means we have to take our own onstage mixer with us, though we can and have succefully fed that into larger PA's.

3- Despite the lack of backline we have a larger than average amount of gear. The usual live rig includes a 20 channel mixer amp pwering 2 x 400 Watt powered speakers, 2 X 400 Watt passive speakers and a secondary 200W PA amp running two speaker cabs.  Add in a small lighting rig and a host of effects pedals and we end up taking up a LOT of room for a 5 piece band. Therefore small pubs etc are really not feasible. Nor are short sets as it takes a good while to set up and dismantle.

4- We’re not a covers band. With one or two exceptions all our material is self-written. If you want to hear "Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Old Oak Tree" go buy a CD.

5- We're not exactly a dance band. We're more a sort of chill out, sit down and listen pop combo. Probably more suited to a pet memorial service than a no holds barred, heads down mindless boogie.
